To secure your stay a non refundable deposit of 20% is to be paid upon booking. 

We require full payment for your stay 21 days prior to check in.

No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

We are not responsible for any injury caused during your stay.
We are not responsible for any theft or damage to your belongings inclusive of any vehicles or bikes left outside the accommodation.
